Our Fabrication Shop encompasses 30,000 sq. ft. of floor space and houses an impressive variety of equipment for custom metal fabrication including:

- Large sheet plate shears
- 10 & 20 ton overhead hoists
- MIG, TIG, Submerged Arc, Stick welding
- Computer Controlled tracer template torches
- Plasma arc cutters
We maintain an R, S, and U stamps for code fabrication and repairs of pressure vessels, power boilers, and power piping. Our area of expertise are:
- Boiler tube repairs
- Waterwall tube repairs & alterations
- Power piping installation
- Valve replacements
- Screw cooler restoration
Our welders are qualified using SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes. We also maintain welder certifications to AWS D1.1 Code.
